I erase it, it comes back...doesn't affect driving at all but I am curious how to fix this code.

P1141 Fuel restriction indicator circuit malfunction

take it to autozone or shucks and find out what exactly the code is.
 
I did, that is the code. Plus I have my own scanner and it gives me the same thing. Not sure where to start on this one.
