4.0 swap

My 2.9 just aint enough power for me. I need to know what all has to be done to do this swap. Also what trans I should use ( would like to stay with automatic) as well as transfercase setup and all the lil details. Any help would be apprectiated I'd like to know what all i'll have to tackle to do this.

Use the search function. This subject has been brought up a bunch of times Bro. You really should replace that junker rear end as well if you have a 4 banger. You will need a 4.0 tranny, all the electrics, etc.etc.

The 2.9 isn't your problem.

The autotragic transmission is. Get a manual and some better rear end gears, that'll wake her up good.
