Any tuts out there or any advice from you pros? How do I go about installing a temp gauge for the tranny also?

I believe there are 2 flex lines for the cooler right underneath the radiator for the stock cooler. They connect to hard lines that run back to the tranny. I would just mount the cooler, run some flex lines to it, and reconnect to the existing hard lines. The fluid should run through the stock cooler first, then the aux. cooler, then back to the tranny. For the temp gauge, theres a bolt on the driver's side of the tranny near the shift linkage. It's a port to hook up a pressure gauge to test tranny pressure, but you can use it for the gauge. It uses 1/8" NPT thread. Here's a pic of it I found: (The guy is pointing an inspection mirror at it)

My truck already has the towing package which includes an auto tranny cooler. Instead of adding yet another radiator to the mix I am thinking that I should simply replace the towing package trans cooler with a much larger one. Have you seen any larger ones that will fit in front of the radiator?

if i just take out the nut can i screw the sender right in? or will i have trans fluid in my face?

Do you know it's not enough? That really should be plenty of cooing, especially if you also have the in-radiator cooler. If you're STILL burning fluid, your transmission is probably slipping and no cooler will be sufficient.
