Iv got a 93 ranger 4x4 4.0. Its has no power after 3 grand just started today any ideas please help

Have you changed the fuel filter? Do that before any other diagnostics, especially if you're unsure when it was last changed. I'd also read the 4.0 forum on here.
Yeah i just replaced it about 1500 miles ago, also just done plugs wires and fuel pump it was fine until this morning.
