I am putting a new 3.0l in my 93 ranger and I want to get some more power out because it is a turd. I am looking at the 7:1 leverage roller rockers or a new cam. I am curious which one I would give me more bang for my buck and would there be any emissions conserns with either one. I found some horsepower gain specs for the roller rockers but nothing for the cam. Can anyone give me some feedback on these items?

Ask Mutant Pony. But yes, they help with acceleration, valve train life, and reduce noise at high rpms. Remember this turd is reliable and likes high rpm's. If you're swapping in a new 3.0, if you don't have a 5spd....get one. My 2 cents.
