New to this need help. I have 89 B2, and wondering if 4L and tranny and case out of 94 aerostar would work? If so what do i do
 
well, do you have a 4x4, a 4.0, an automatic? I don't think Aerostars have the dummy transfer on the tranny either, never been under one to find out, but people here like Makg can give you great help and advice, but you need to let us know more about your ride.
 
The transmission should work, it might have different size tranny cooler lines but other than that it should bolt right in.

The T-case from the Areostar would bolt in but not function properly because it is electronicly controlled but your BII T case will bolt on to the Aerostar auto and work just fine.
 
My tranny went for a crap on my 89b2 and i have a chance to get a whole 94 aerostar 4x4 with a 4.0l , all i would have to do is swap my case to it and drop whole thing in?
