My radiator cracked open, so I started to remove the radiator. How does the clutch fan come off? Do I have to some how lock the water pump pulley and turn the center shaft? If so, which way? Clockwise or counter clockwise? And what is the best way to lock down the pulley? I have already removed the serpentine belt, and the bolts from the pulley.

Thanks!!!!

Autozone rents/sells a fan clutch tool. It looks like this:

The larger of the two holds on to the water pump bolts. The other turns the clutch.
