I have a 2000 Ranger 2WD with a 3.0 auto, thinkin about swapping it with a 2002 4.0 sohc and matching trans from an explorer. What all do I need for the swap? Anything special to look out for? Motor and trans should be complete minus computer which I would get. Does the trans have its own computer or does it plug into the ecu?
