will a front skid plate from a 99 fit on an 03?

will the front skid plates off of the 99 rangers fit on an 03? i see alot of the 99 styles with the factory chrome skids but i havent seen any of the newer ones with them

I have a skid from a 99 at work, im gona set it up to a new truck at work tommorow. (chapman ford). and see how it looks, i'd imgine with with some creativity anythign willwork

this was a customers truck, i couldnt really like stick it on but it appears that 2 wholes in the frame will line up with the skidplate, the lower section doesnt directly hit the control arm bolts or any otehr bolts and the p/s cooler would need to be moved up a little but. If you had teh skid plate you could definilty make it fit with a bit of bending, some drilling, and a bracket or 2

i put a skid on my 96 ranger 4x4 from my brothers 89 blazer that he was not using with a fews holes drilled in it, it bolted right up and works just great
