Turbo cam, non turbo motor? ( help )

I have a 93 ranger. 2.3, 8 spark plug head with a flat cam. I have a turbo cam out of a 2.3, 4 spark plug turbo coupe t-bird. Whats the difference, and will it work?
 
If your 93 has a flat cam, it has been altered as 1989 up were all roller. The turbo cam is not that different from a stock cam, and any change would be minimal. shady
 
Get a better aftermarket cam. The stock Ranger roller cam is un upgrade in a turbo coupe.
