I slid into a ditch a few months back and hit a telephone junction box. Now my passenger side rear quarter panel is dented really bad between the tire and cab.

Is it worth attempting to replace the panel or should I just get a new bed all together?

it would be faster to replace the bed. it might also be cheaper.

i would get a new bed and just repaint it

Just get a replacement bedside skin and have that painted. Drill out the spot welds, toss the crumpled old one, and rivet the new bedside on. It would be cheaper than an entire bed (unless the whole bed is damaged).

Im just gunna get a whole new bed, because I also need a new tail gate because someone decided to drive without their lights on and guess who got blamed for the accident.....

How hard is it to replace the whole bed? I know there's six bolts and I have to remove the tail lights, but what else is involved?

Unbolt the fuel filler neck and a freind to help you lift the bed over the rear bumper.

Just remembered I gotta replace the filler neck too. Thanks for remindin me!

Also, what years will fit and have the same body lines as my 93 longbed?
