Hey guys,
I have a couple issues in my truck that I need to work out and although I do have a manual, I was hoping someone could show me what I'm supposed to be looking for/at. My passenger side window is inoperable, I stripped off the door panel but I don't know how to tell if it's the motor or regulator or both. Also, my front end squeaks alot, I don't know how to tell if this is just the shocks or somewhere else. It squeaks while going over bumps and while turning so maybe it's more than one thing. If anyone can help me out locally and point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you

I posted this in General Discussions but it didn't make it past 34 views and 0 replies. Guys I just need a little help and someone to point me in the right direction.

For the window. find the wires that go to the motor and there should be a connector. disconnect it and put 12 volts on the end that goes to the motor. There should be only two wires, connecting one way should send the window down, the other polarity should send it up. If nothing happens the motor is bad.

the front end sounds like you have bad balljoints..jack it up and grab the top and bottom of the tire, give it a back and forth shake. if the tire moves you have bad ball joints, also check the tie rods and the sway bar end links

I'm in central Fl and would be willing to take a look at it if your not too far. What area are you in?

Same here I'm right by the w.p. village on 1792
