4.0 sounds like a miss and has high idle

i have a 93 ranger 4x4 and it has a high idle it lopes when it is cold but when it levels out it idles at like 1100 rpm. Rpms drop to about 900 when in gear im lost changed the plugs wires air idler control vale mass flow ssensor im lost can anyone help ANY TAKERS IDEAS ANYONE

Check for a vacuum leak. Any codes?

throttle position sensor if its auto thats what happened to me but im no mechanic lol just a thought something to check that same thing happend to me

i tried a all i can i dont know if i tried the threttlo position sensor ill have to try that thanks
