I have read good and bad things on wheel spacers. They add additional stress to the wheel studs, cause premature wearing of wheel bearings, and may cause some vibrations. Some people haven't had any problems with them. I researched them for awhile cuz i wanted to put them on my truck but I wouldn't want to risk the problems that people have had. I wouldn't use them, but that's just me.

i had some wheel spacers on my 87 ranger and getrdone is right is puts stress on the wheel studs and snaped one of my wheel studs in half then the tires came lose and snaped my hub in half
