Hey guys these are the first thing I've made using my new JD2 Model 3 bender works awesome! Also i used the harbor freight notcher and with minor shimming and a good hole saw it works great! The middle supports still need welded in since i ran out of welding wire :annoyed:. Will post more pics when i get them mounted. Enjoy

Looks good, just picked up a model 32 myself and can't wait to start bending. Make sure to reinforce a plate on the frame before welding those on because it will flex that c channel frame for sure.

i would deffinantly add some triangulation into your mounts or they are just going to flex way up if they ever gut used.

The tube going from the frame to the slider is so long that just 3 pieces of tube unsupported will not hold the weight of your truck . I put 1/2 by 1 1/2 bar on edge on top of the tube , it helped but still not enough . The RBVs frame rails are a lot closer together than other trucks like Toyota trucks .
