88 F150 idle

Have a problem with 88 F150 which has the 5.8L V8 engine vin H.

It idles around 900 rpm in park but when going into gear it will jump to around 1500-2000 rpm, but if I punch the gas it till start to stall out and backfire. I have removed the idle air control and cleaned with carb cleaner but did not seem to help out so I wonder if the throttle position sensor is bad? I scanned the codes and counted the flashes which were: 1111 then 13333 but can't make sense of that.

When in park if I punch the gas pedal it will hold around 2k rpm and will not drop back down till punching gas again which lead me to think it was throttle sensor. I have recently changed the plugs, plug wires, rotor button, and distributor cap. Had shop replace exhaust manifold to pass inspection and this idle is last thing I need to fix before ready to drive on road.

I have posted a link below showing the code read out on the truck. I counted codes: 23 TP Sensor out of range, 31 PFE EVP or EVR circuit, and 63 TP circuit below min voltage. I checked the old TPS and was getting 5.03v on the orange wire at closed throttle so I replaced but did not seem to help. The idle air control was taken off and cleaned and a new gasket was installed when the TPS sensor was replaced. The engine will hang around 3K when revving gas pedal. I took the TPS sensor off twice and ensured the butterfly was opening correctly and I do not see how that sensor can be adjusted or put on incorrectly. After installing new TPS sensor I got the following reading on meter: black wire .03v, green wire .62v, and orange wire 5.03v which did not change if I opened the throttle. That was the same reading as the old TPS that I changed. With car running I unplugged air idle control and it seemed to smooth out but it I drive it will stumble and backfire in the exhaust. I plugged in the AIC again and the rpm would go up and down not holding a steady rpm. I may try to seafoam the intake through the brake booster hose and see if that will clean up. I did clean the intake when I had it apart changing the TPS.

When I start the truck in the video I forgot to hold in door chime so that could be a nusance.

I think you have a serious vacuum leak - my Ranger ran like that when I forgot to hook the hose up to the evap canister from the fuel tank.

That whistle you're hearing could easily be enough a vacuum leak to make it run like crap
