1999 V-6 3.0 Head Gasket

Well my ranger sprung a head gasket leak and had to replace the gasket. I had the heads machined as well. I put everything back together and after a while my truck began to leak oil from the heads. I have retightened them to no positive outcome. In fact I think the leak has gotten worse. PLEASE HELP??????
 
Just drop in a 5.0 and call it good.
 
Well if I could afford that I certainly would lol. Right now im just trying to keep the one I got running good lol.
