So I have a 86 ranger(2.9l w/ a4ld) with a bad trans. I picked up a used trans from a 94 ranger w/86,xxx miles in good shape minus the crack in the bell housing around the starter bosses, from work for $50. Now I know I have to change the vcm,so I grabed the '94 along with all the wires that run from the vcm to the trans. Then relised that the 94 vcm will not work in the 86 due to at least the o2 sensors. So I neep help finding a vcm for a two silonoid trans, 2wd, and will work with the 86 2.9l oh and if some one can tell me what pin,the extra wire coming from the new trans goes to that would be great.,
