What regulator do you guys typically use when putting a carbed engine into a fuel injected truck?

I tried to use the one mentioned by Summit Racing they said it was for a low pressure pump after I tried using it and couldn't return. But, I used the stock 2.9 in-tank pump so I called Holley and go figure they told me to use this Mallory regulator. Mine only decreases the pressure to 6.5 psi though, you may need both (in series) if your pressure is not where you want it? But 6.5 psi works ok so far for me. Just have to buy special fittings ($20 each, ouch) to go from factory type fuel line to npt fittings.

Too bad you had to do all that work to yours before you saw the light. :D

Muwahaha!!!

No, a friend is rehab-ing my donor car, it will be run with a carb. (1992 Lincoln Mark VII LSC)

But thanks guys, I just wanted an idea what people use, rather than digging into the stock tank or lines to run a mechanical pump or aftermarket electric.
Not sure which way he'll end up going.

Although I know a 5.3 would swap right in. :bye:
