Help Diagnose my Problem?

In First and Second gear sometimes my truck seems to wanna stall like its not getting fuel, even when my foot is to the floor... and then suddenly it shoots up to speed... like its kind of dragging? I guess... I changed my fuel Filter yesterday and still kind of does it just not as bad. My Fuel pump is only like 5 Months old... and suggestions?

Any other symptoms?
 
Ill try a new filter... and get back to you guys.
I replaced when I did my engine swap a couple months back... so it could be it.
 
It could be alot of things. How old are the plug wires and tune up parts, PCV does weird things and they are cheap.
