oil press runs about 1/4 up the gauge at operating temp doesnt seem to have the power it should either rebuilt motor has less than 3 k mi on it any suggestions ?
fresh 2.8 low oil pressure no power??

Put a real oil pressure gauge to it and see if you actually have pressure before doing anything else. That includes driving.
