First time poster here. Just got a 94 and I'm considering getting a billet grille. I've noticed that there are two price brackets.. $40-$50 ebay jobs and $100+ grilles from places like carriage works. How big of a difference is there in fit and finish? Should I just lowball an ebay grille or spring for something better? I realize this thing will just turn into a grasshopper graveyard, but I would like something nice. Opinions appreciated, thanks.

i have an ebay billet grille for my 94 ranger. ive had it on there for like 3 or 4 years now and i dont have one problem with it. still shiny and in great condition. the sides by the headlights bend pretty easy if ya actually try to bend them but other than that wind and every day driving doesnt do such a thing. if i was you id save a few bucks and do ebay.

I bought an ebay one years ago and it fit and looked great for a long time. Get the ebay one.

Sounds like ebay is the way to go then. Thanks

i had a billet one from ebay on my 96. cheaper than a stock replacement. i wasnt a huge fan of the plain billet look, so i took the ford emblem off the stock grille and put it on the billet grille. looked pretty sweet, almost like it was stock
