All,
I’m looking at options to soften the ride quality on my 87BII that I just lifted. To get it level from the back I have explorer leafs, Belltech 6400 shackles and 4 1/2" blocks. I really want to have it all by springs and not the cobbled way I have it. I was hoping the shackles would give a bit more give as the truck rides like I have no suspension other than air in the tires. I saw in a build thread these Toyota springs, 110014-1-K, but all descriptions say the move the wheels like 2" rearward. That may not work for me as I have no intention of cutting the fenders/body up. I've looked at the Duff lift springs but I'm thinking they will be just as hard as what I have. I've looked at the 63" Chevy springs too but can't recall if they were done on a BII and ride quality was mentioned. Any suggestions?

nmb2 put toy leaves on his rig

I think Maverick may have also used toy springs.

'Kay,
I'll look up posts by those guys. Thanks! "edit" NMB2's rig certainly does not have a stock looking body on it and I am dead set on keeping mine as is.

Steeda,
The Explorer springs really look just like the BII ones, just a bit thicker leaves but I'll post up a pic when I get the chance.
