"PACER'S"? Got them off here from Jim Oaks they came in a 50' spool I THINK?
Yes it has complete 91 Bronco chassis,steering column, Bronco wiring harness,dash wiring,gauges and 3" body lift. It was actually pretty easy to do,and is alotta FUN!

had to mod the firewall
Used a semi mudflap from farm n fleet to cover whole with self tapping screws.
