looking to do a body lift to my ranger(i was given a P/A 3 in kit for some full size chevy parts i did not need) was wonding what tire size other people might be running and if they have any feedback on them. i currenty have a decent torsion twist( i had it aligned at a good shop) and 245/75/r16 (stock tire size) i was looking into 265's or 285's once the body lift is installed. any info would be great....

Your truck should be able to fit a 265 stock even though it has a 245 on it now. With a 3 inch body a 285-75-16 (33-11.5-16) or a 305-70-16 (33-12.5-16) is what you should be able to fit. The 305 may rub on the body or frame and not fit the stock rim very well if that is what you currently have for rims.

got the stock rims now....may get into a set of aftermarket steels next summer i think im gonna go with a set of 285's i saw a picture of an 02 with a bodylift and 285's and it looked good
