How do you remove the Console that is connected to the driver side seat (40 - 60 )?

Toonces drives a Ranger . . . . just not very well.
Not sure of the size off top of my head, but there should be a Torx bolt beneath a pop-off round trim cap on the driver's side wall inside the console.
