Ok, this may seem like a bit of a chump question, but I just wanna make sure. Can I just put projector lights on my '98 without mods or will I need to mod my lighting harness? Also which produces better light output, regular lights with really good bulbs or projectors? Thanks guys.

Nobody knows whether projectors or regular headlights are better? I just want something with great visibilty, but not HID.

projectors are probably better... but... probably can't be done w/out mods.

just don't put HIDs in nonHID housings.. don't be "that guy"

Yeah I've heard horror stories. "My lights melted huys, can you hold these flashlights out the window when I drive at night. I think like what I'll do is get some crystal clear regular headlights, then get some really good bylbs like the silverstars or something.

i think the best thing you can do that is the easiest-- is to get the real clear housings w/ regular bulbs. i updated mine to clear glass housings that weren't sealed bulbs... and it helped so much..

Thanks doyou. That website really helps. And notice how they also have the same initials...TRS thereangerstation and TRS theretrofitsource. Sounds promising:icon_thumby:

Cool. That helps out a lot. Let's hope my install can go smoothly.

don't be "that guy"

I am that guy and I have not had any problems what so ever with anyone or anything. Been running them for almost 3 yrs now with no issues.

Get some diamond cut housings from you choice of vendor and install your projectors in that. That would be the best way to do it.
