will this body lift work on my truck

The 3 inch lift is on a 96 ranger ext cab XLT stepside.

Will it go on my 2001 XL reg cab styleside.

Mine is a manual I dont know if his is so... I know I might have to get a extension but other than that any problems?
 
For the most part... not sure it the steering extension and E-brake extensions the same.
Will need bed braces and maybe different bumper brackets.

Also should need a shifter extension.

Might be better off just buying the right kit if all that's the case, How much you getting it for?
 
he is giving it to me free for helping him take it off his truck....
