I've haven't seen anything like that in a Ranger. I think there is a sticky on top of this forum that involves an e-bay projector. You can try checking out hidplanet.com, someone might be working on what you're looking for.
a buddy of mine has them on his explorer clip he swapped on his ranger. makes me jealous.
