has any one modified the 4wd lift brackets to lift a 2wd

Over 1 1/2 yrs ago I got a 4" lift kit off of C/L & later found out that the 2wd actually uses different drop brackets then the 4wd. I was wondering if any one has modified them to work on a 2wd for the 83-97 Rangers?
 
The brackets are way different, it would take more work than its worth
 
yea they are diffrent try to sell them on here everyone looks for lift kit in the classifieds
