Junk yard rebuild (lots of pics)

Well I found up this ranger at the local salvage yard. Few hundred dollars later I had a title in hand. Brought it home and cleaned it up and put a battery and it fired right up! Everything works great. (4x4, ac, trans shifts great, ext..) Drives straight and everything!
I am going to either replace the cab with a 95' ext cab ranger or cut it up and piece the two together. I need to get some seats as well.

2001 Ranger, 4.0, auto, 4x4.

jeeze from the front i figured hey that doesnt look so bad. then you get to the back and wow... actually it reminds me about mine when i rolled it from striaght behind it looked fine. then from the front you could tell it wasnt so good...

Try to just cut out the damaged and weld in new, or you can go caveman on it and use a sledge hammer to pound out those freaky dents. The box? trash and replace...

I look the bed off and got the carpet and head liner out. I get some pics of that later. The frame is not hurt at all as far as I can tell. I look a tape and check a few diifferent places and everything came out plumb.

Does anyone know if the doors off this 2001 super cab (4-door) will fit a 95 supercab (non 4-door)?

Thats decent for the drivetrain. Surprised the fuel cutoff wasn't active.

Swap the cab and tube bed.
