Hi guys an gals. Have an 07 Super cab with a passenger shoulder harness that just locks up when ever it feels like it. Doesn't need hard braking or bumps to lock up. Smooth roads and a steady speed and it does it's thing. Any fixes for this , an adjustment or replacement. Thanks in advance for any ideas to correct the problem as it drive the SO half nuts far too often.
