Weird temperature changes? Lol. I mean similar has happened to me at certain times... If your defrostera blowing cold or hot air at cold or hot window itll sometimes fog it up bad. Did you try it when defroster was blowing cold air and after truck heated up?

I need new windshield.. Mine has like permanent window heat burn on bottom part. But my heat blows some eye burning temps lol.

Srsly.. This is basic science.. Condensation, evaporation, all that.. :icon_confused:

Is it possible that your cowl is leaking and the moisture has got in that way?

If the drain is blocked it will cause that problem.

Do you have a/c? If so do you have any refrigerant in the system, and/or does the compressor turn on?

If you have a/c, the defrost setting is set to trip the compressor so the air inside the cab is dried by the 'conditioned' air coming from the windshield vent. No conditioned air, no condensation removal.
