um........ it wasnt as easy as i thouhgt. i tried tapping it till it popped out and it just popped in 
so i got out the old vice grips a skrewdriver and a tire tool 
sure enough withen an hour it came out 
this is what it looks like now. haha
any of you ever have an issue removing them?
