where i live, neither broadband cable nor dsl is available. no wyfi either. my phone lines for dial-up are close to 40 years old and goes out when it rains. the rest of the time, it runs at a snails pace.
that only leaves me with satellite. much faster than my old dial-up, much slower than broadband. can't stream video at all. so, the less i have to download from web sites, the better for me. adding music would only slow me down more. think i can do without music for my computing.
