usually people say screw it- buy a cd player..
only option i know of is to try to pry it out? but its possible that'll break it

i don't even have one of those. mine is strictly digital. usb, sd, aux inputs...

The easiest way to get it out would probably be to remove the stereo from the dash and disassemble it. If you're careful, you should be able to put the stereo back together and it will work fine (after you fix the eject button), but you can pick up a stock replacement tape deck on eBay for less than $10 so it probably isn't really worth trying to repair it.

With no CD? I have those hooked up also, but I would still like CD.
