Im just finishing up a little build on my 85 bronco2 and need to find a front driveshaft to fit it. It has a dana 35 in the front and an fm146 with a 1354m t-case. Is there any driveshafts that are the right length to bolt right up?

A driveshaft from an explorer, auto or manual will work. Fm146, M5OD and A4LD are all the same length.

Pretty much any Ranger, B2, or Explorer front shaft will work as long as it had one of the three aforementioned transmissions.

I thought that almost any driveshaft from an rbv would work but all the ones I have been able to find local have the bigger u joints in the cardan. Can I take a drive flange off the back of my spare tcase and bolt it to the front of this one to convert it to the bigger joints?

You can use an explorer front shaft using the donor vehicles t_case flange and axle flange. The x's front dshaft u joints are bigger then the b2's. I have an explorer front shaft with the cv joint cut off in the rear of my 85. I used the slip stub off a xpo rear shaft and its the right length for my 4.5" lift

Just throwing that in there if your rear needs attention too.
