'94 Ranger Bull bar???

I have a 4.0L V6 94 Ranger XLT and I want to add a bull bar but I can't find one for my year model. I've been told before someone has pulled it off with a newer year model bar and some metal fab. If anything I could at least use some instructions or a how-to for putting one on. Any help from you guys is much appreciated.
 
There have been a few people who have used bumpers off Toyotas and even Jeeps and modified them to work. I dont know of any how-to instructions though. Probably one of those things you just have to figure out as you go. Might even be easier making a custom one from scratch too.
