I have done everything i could think of with the ford, I tightened the lower raditior hose an re done the trans fluid,filiter an pan gasket fresh fluid nuthing worked. I drove it around the block couldnt stop a stopsigns bc it wouldnt go back into 1st gear i had to reve everytime alil bit it also over heated badly could a bad head gasket be the problem or the theomastat, or bad raditior if it isnt theses problems could i have blown a transmission itll stay in 2nd an 3rd an shifts fine in the but ive gotta reve to 1st then when i reve the rearend pops... guess you cant go wrong with a free truck it shows it was free
