That depends on what you are doing.
If you are just doing a spill and fill on the trans by dropping the pan, you are probably looking around 6. Catch it in a drain pan and then pour it back into something that has markings on it, that way you know exactly what you took out.
If you are overhauling and re-filling, probably looking at more like 9 or 10.
