Wanting to put foglights on my truck

I have a 98 ranger. 4l v6. 2wd. xlt.

Im wondering, will it work? What else do i need to wire it into my truck. i want to wire it to a seperate switch..

lights, wire, relays, switch....thats all you should need. and the valence should work.

i hope those lights are bright.. i wanted to piece some together because i wanted them to be bright. but that would be like 300 bucks to piece it together
