stainless steel rivets on a grill?? need some input

Im looking to do something like this i think there rivets i can tell but my question is if i get stainless steel rivets they should not rust or get s***ty looking right?

they shouldn't rust but they all have to be perfectly centered and even spaced and alligned otherwise it will look funny

also i would do less rivets than that guy had. space em out a bit more. i think it will look better
