just got a 2000 ford ranger xlt 3.0 v6 from dad its 4x4 and would like some help or any tips on what i can do for upgrades cheap but good.

Nice!! Welcome to the station. If you looking to lift you truck its gonna be pricy because you have a newer truck. If you had a pre 97 with a ttb front axle a cheap lift would run you at 450. But a cheap lift for you is gonna be around 1000-1500.
