I have a 84 ford ranger 2wd and i want to make it 4x4 can i use the front suspension out of my 4x4 bronco 2?

B2 and ranger front end parts are the same.I understand you also have to change the cross brace everything ties to. Parts interchange is pretty good in the RBV line.
