Here it is....
I started grinding the welds down...
I got the holes drilled and then pulled it back off to paint the rusted metal around the gas tank.
The paint was still a little wet when i put it on, so i'll have to repaint some other time, when it's not raining.

Later on next week i am going to get some stronger bolts and probably put a third hole in it.
