Okay, I am making a bull bar/ front push bar for my 1993 ranger.
Yes I know I can adapt one to fit my Ranger, but I just dont want to!
My plan is for something that mounts to the front of the frame, either by bolts or welded on, preferably bolts.
I would like it to be rigid enough to have tow hooks welded onto it because my ranger has no good place to mount tow hooks. I also want to be able to mount lights onto it, but thats the easy part.
I drew up a quick sketch of what I was thinking about doing:
It will be 3" OD SQUARE TUBING. I dont have a pipe bender or notcher.
What do you all think? And how is the best/strongest way to mount it?
Thanks
