Hi I am new to the site and I own a 1989 4wd bronco 2...........now i have a question about it I hope someone on here can help me answer. my 4wd button just recently stopped working when I bought the truck I didnt check if it worked and here recently we got some snow so I hit the button to engage the 4wd and it took me pressing it a few times to get the light to turn on and the 4 wheel drive engaged so my question is .....is it possible the my 4wd drive button has just gone out ? because now every time I push the button does nothing doesnt light up or anything

Welcome to the Station 365! The way you're describing it makes me think that yes, the button just died on you. If you still got 4WD after pressing it a few times it probably means the contacts inside the button are worn out or corroded, but the only 4WD I'm used to is manual non-pushbutton, so I may be wrong. Let us know what happens with it. Any plans for a build?

Yeah I have already started the build on it I got the rough country suspension lift done by eor essentially off road here in Tennessee my B2 is black so I put black rims on it its got bfg 31x10.50 tires and a loud ass sound system with a kenwood head unit and 3 kicker l7 solobaric sub woofers ........thats all for now due to being unemplyed at the moment but in the future i want to add a 3 inch body lift and put some 35s on it.......im keepin it fairly street friendly for now but eventually it will just be my toy
