hey guys hows it going? just trying to get this ranger back to its normal state for a buddy
2.3 L i think fuel injected ...its a small motor pretty old but recently its been dieing, stalling alot, will start back up which is odd...
the most recent problem was me being a dumby replaceing a battery!! left terminals on wrong spots for a second, seen the lil black thing on side of motor smoke for a second, my battery terminal connects to it.. another thing i did was change plugs and didnt gap them truck ran fine for a few months after that anyways but thought id say something as im a noob here.
another thing is it only takes so much gas lately its been taking 5, i can get 5 more in but yeah i gotta sit there and pump slowly as it trys to splash back out at me.

but it will stall 10 times and start back up like whats going on?
