Hi all. I just got into Rangers by chance. A friend of mine blew the 3.0 flex fuel engine in his 99 Ranger ext cab 4x4. He didn't want to fix it. I offered him $500 for it he wanted $1000. Iwouldn't go it so he managed to trade it in. I contacted the company he traded it to and wound up buying it for $200.
I finally located a low mileage 3.0 flex fuel engine and the installation is almost complete. I am glad I found this website brcause I am sure I'll have questions.
