Well sold my mazda b4000 2wd... now I found this 1997 Ranger 4.0 4x4. Now hes selling it for a very reasonable price but................. My only issue is that he swapped an explorer 4.0 and put it in the ranger. I dont really trust everyones back yard mechanics. It is going to need 2 leaf springs and a windshield. Its not biggy hes selling it for $800 and it only has 170,000kms on it. I just hope I dont run into issues because of his engine swap work. :dunno:

I say do it if it runs good now. Just pay close attension like always to the drive so u dont miss anything you will notice JUST after you buy it lol. Thats a great deal from where im sitting lol

If you have an extra $1,000 for "unexpected repairs"...test-drive it...buy it & fix it......better than paying a truck note for 36-48 months!

That's a truck for less than the price of a set of tires. Do it. For that price you've got nothing to lose.

Ya the windshield will run me $280 about plus the leaf springs about $40 a piece brand new. The other parts ill probly just get off a scrapyard truck.
